Built on the Process
ATX Aces is a travel softball organization for players who want to get better every week. We focus on the work behind the wins: clear goals, daily habits, and playing with confidence when it counts.
The Process, one leaf at a time
Every leaf on our club stands for one step. We don't chase the scoreboard. We do these three things well, in order, and let the results follow.
Vision
Know where you're going. Each player sets goals for the season with her coaches, and every practice plan points back to them.
Discipline
Do the small things every day. Be on time, hustle on and off the field, take care of your gear, and give full effort on every rep.
Execution
Compete when it counts. Trust the preparation, play the next pitch, and pick up your teammates.
1849 Park, Pflugerville
Open practices and tryouts are held at the home of ATX Aces Softball, 16430 Cameron Rd. Take the video tour to see the facility before you come out.

Tryouts
Open to players who are 10 or younger on January 1, 2027. Apply online first so coaches know who is coming.
Open practices
Come work out with our coaches before the official tryout. It's a chance for players to learn our drills and for families to see the facility. Come to one or all three.
Directions to 1849 Park
From Cameron Rd, turn north onto the road along the east edge of the park. Follow it past the fields, then turn left and continue north to the parking area by the upper fields, where the green arrow points.

FAQ & Contact
Answers to the questions families ask most. Anything else, email us.
What is travel softball?
Travel teams are selected by tryout, practice through the season, and play weekend tournaments against other select teams. It's a bigger time commitment than rec ball, and players get more coaching and tougher competition.
Who can try out for 10U?
Players who are 10 or younger on January 1, 2027.
My daughter only plays rec. Should she still try out?
Yes. Rec players are welcome. Coaches look at athleticism, effort and how well a player takes coaching, along with current skills.
How much does it cost?
Open practices and tryouts are free. Season team fees cover things like tournaments, uniforms and field time, and we share the full amount with every family before any roster offer.
How will we hear back after tryouts?
By email, at the address on your application. Every family hears back, whether it's a roster offer, a callback, or a thank-you.
What does "the Process" mean?
It's how we run the organization. Vision, discipline and execution, the three leaves on our club. We focus on doing those things well every day instead of chasing results.
